LAYOUTS are containers: Blogs, PodCast Channels, Directories, Media Collections, and so on. They are Web Pages made up of other Web Pages.
For example, if the Layout is a blog, it will display blog posts, while a gallery Layout will display uploaded images. Some Layouts - like the Dropdown Menu Layout, the Resources Layout, or the List Layout - will display absolutely everything.
SORT THE LAYOUT by clicking More Actions, then click the Up/Down Arrows Icon to set a sort order.
- UnPublish a Layoutin More Actions > the Checkmark.
- Add elements - like a Byline - in More Actions > Options.
- Add content by creating pages from a Picker, or by moving pages in from other Layouts.
- Make a sticky from the Star Picker.
- Rename the Layout [change the URL] by double-clicking its Title
- Add Google keywords below the Layout Title
