Layout Headers - Stickies - are special pages fixed to the top of any Layout. Without a sticky, the Layout has no title.
To create a Sticky, click the Star Picker Icon in the File Manager. The Star only exists if a Header do not already exist. If you delete an existing Header, the Star Picker will re-appear.
The title of the Sticky becomes the title of the Layout itself, and its content area becomes a Header for any kind of content you want to introduce a Layout with.
