RESPONSE FORMS are special Web Pages that allows visitors to send you messages from the website.
Only a Site Owner can publish Forms. They can only be created from the Page Picker Action in the Menu, Sidebar, or Site Footer, but can be moved to any location. The standard Contact Form can even be used as a Widget - drop in in the Sidebar, and it becomes part of the pages you assign it to.
Responses will arrive in the Website Inbox. If you are the Site owner, the Inbox will be available from your Account Panel.
There are two form types to choose from:

The Contact Form is a combination of a regular Web Page and a pre-defined Contact Form: it has a Text Editor, and can be used just like the Web Page template - the form will be attached to the bottom of any content. If left blank it will display just the form itself. |

The Build-a-Form lets you build a custom form on the fly: simply add fields in the File Manager, and fill in your own labels. You can have up to 20 configurable fields plus an optional Contact Form group and a message text area. The Build-a-Form do not have a Text Editor. |
